I have today examined Mr Timothy Hodgson and have the honour to inform you that, in my opinion, he is not physically fit for service as a lower grade Assistant Master at Queen's College, Hong Kong.

Mr Hodgson's physical development is abnormal, the right lobe of his thyroid gland is enlarged, his heart appears to be hypertrophied, his peripheral circulation is feeble and there is a trace of albumen in his urine.
